Olivia Fermi and Masumi Kikuchi Snyder checked out Festival LAUNCH at SFU Woodward's on June 21.
Olivia tells us, "It was a very special evening of emerging talent hosted by the delightful Veda Hille, serenading us with her songs at the grand piano. There were dancers, musicians, theatrical performances, films and a spoken word artist.
"The whole evening was a real treat and surpassed my expectations. Look out for more from 149 (nostalgically named after Woodwards $1.49 days)."
