Launch of public, gentle yoga classes for gay, bi and trans men
In an effort to break the mould and support the Vancouver gay/bi/trans community, Hiiro Prince is launching Vancouver Gay Mens Yoga. VGMY will offer public BY DONATION classes.
The purpose behind VGMY is to provide the community a place where they can be themselves and call home. The gentle yoga classes specific to and inclusive of gay, bisexual and transgendered men in Vancouver, are starting with 3 weekly classes.
Community yoga brings those involved with a mutual purpose to support and raise consciousness for important populations like this one. Yoga provides people with personal and tangible takeaway self-care tools to better manage their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
The more men are able to connect with another through yoga/wellness, the more they will be able to break stigma and judgment they face in daily life and society.
ABOUT True Identity Movement Project

in 2012 and has now branched into leading spinning and Pilates. The Project is a
platform based on providing mind/body/spirit resources for self-development and
therefore, nurturing, restoring and exploring one's “true identity.”
His emphasis and target audience is gay, bisexual and trans males who are progressing toward an unconventional/untraditional healthy lifestyle.
