Mark Latham

Mark Latham is a financial economist and founder of VoterMedia.org -- follow twitter.com/votermedia. He holds a master's degree in finance from UBC and a PhD in finance from MIT. He was assistant professor of finance at U C Berkeley, and a derivatives arbitrageur on Wall Street. He left Wall Street in 1995 to work on reforming corporations. This project has expanded to include reform of democracies and co-ops – see votermedia.org/videos/3 and votermedia.org/publications. In 2009 the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission appointed Mark to their Investor Advisory Committee, to represent individual investors.
