Filmmaker Michael Moore has thrown his weight behind the Occupy Wall Street protest, along with Roseanne Barr, Lupe Fiasco, Susan Sarandon who all went to talk and inspire the more than 500 protesters camping out in the financial district of NYC.  The Occupy Wall Street demonstrators were planning to march on New York City police headquarters to express their outrage at being maced last week.

Margaret Atwood and Noam Chomsky got behind the demonstrators online.  Even Radiohead wished the protesters good luck, but denied rumors they would play for the group assembled to draw attention to excesses in the economic system.
