The future looks awesome in Climate Cartoons
Climate Cartoons is an animated series of short videos that helps tell the story of our climate reality, both what we need to know to avoid the danger and the amazing opportunities that are presented by taking it seriously now.
Climate Change is the biggest game in town right now, but while talk about the issue is on the rise, many Canadians still have deep misunderstandings. Climate Cartoons is a series of short animated videos designed to outline the basic need-to-know facts, and combat misinformation about the opportunities that can be created by taking action now.
Watch our short video introduction below:
The Green Majority has been creating environmental content since 2006 to encourage Canadians to think about how the environment is not a "nice to have" but instead is required for our prosperity... not to mention survival.
We believe that the biggest reason Canadians have not acted on this is not that they haven't heard of climate change, but rather that they are woefully misinformed about the amazing opportunities taking serious action now could mean.
The idea that environment and economy are in opposition is a lie, dealing with climate change is not a hardship, and pipelines don't help the people. We want to spread this message to those who need it most by formulating this information in a format that is accessible and entertaining for those that need to hear it: the unconvinced!
