The National Aboriginal Veterans Day March and celebration took place on Tuesday, November 8th in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. 

The celebration started at Carnegie Centre with veterans' introductions and ceremony. Veterans and participants then marched to the cenotaph at Victory Square to lay wreaths, and observe a moment of silence to commemorate the contributions of Aboriginal veterans.
