A Burnaby pipeline critic and retiree  was hit with a lawsuit by Kinder Morgan last fall. He's renewing his battle —this time in the B.C. legislature, with the NDP introducing a so-called "anti-SLAPP suit bill" on Tuesday in Victoria.
