Green Party to Open a Flagship West Coast Office in Victoria

The Green Party of Canada will open a new West Coast office and community space this weekend, according to a press release. The new office will be a hub for regional candidates, supporters and community events. The office at 843 Fort St. will also act as the headquarters for the Green Party of BC.

Elizabeth May, Leader of the Green Party of Canada and Member of Parliament for Saanich – Gulf Islands, will attend the Grand Opening. The 2015 'Green Team' of coastal BC candidates will also take the opportunity to meet with supporters. The Team includes Paul Manly (Nanaimo-Ladysmith), Lynne Quarmby (Burnaby North-Seymour) Ken Melamed (West Vancouver-Sunshine Coast-Sea to Sky Country), Glenn Sollitt (Courtenay-Alberni), and some of the nomination candidates from the rest of Vancouver Island.
