WTF is Pinterest?

Screen caps taken from Pinterest.com

Pin images you find on the web on the online pinboard "Pinterest," and create a community for "the things you love." Like Furniture. Simply, find a photo, and rake it with a "Pin It" button.

The new social networking site makes collecting and organizing your favourite finds easy-peasy and super fun. Re-pin, like and comment all over other users stuff. Or shop.

Pinterest is all the rage these days with no signs of slowing down. With over 10 million registered users in its first nine months, this largely female-populated site is built by invites, Twitter and Facebook logins.

Find a yummy recipe, such as Cinnamon Sugared Pecans, or learn how to make a bear-squirrel out of a glove.

Visit boards created on topics that range from "Science & Nature" to "Travel & Places" to "Home Decor."

Get the Pinterest app for your iPhone here. But, before you request an invite, take a look at the Pin Etiquette.
