Naturopathic medicine is rooted in six main principles:

First, do no harm - Experienced guides can ensure that you choose techniques that are safe for your body.

Nature is a healing power - Nature comes to the forefront as a healing power in the beautiful venue of Hollyhock, combined with using natural therapies and eating clean, nutritious food.

Treat the whole person - By eating, learning, moving & breathing, the ‘whole you’ will feel benefits.

Identify and treat the cause of a condition - Often, lifestyle habits are at the root of our conditions. By focusing on yourself for 5 days, you will be able to make valuable changes for your health journey.

Prevention is the best cure - Investing time & energy in learning effective take-home strategies is part of the bigger picture of preventing of dis-ease.

Doctor means teacher - Though often doctors visit patients one-on-one, part of our commitment is to teach; through group sessions and retreats, we can offer you our naturopathic expertise.
