Kristen Stewart celebrates 21st birthday, possibly in Vancouver

Kristen Stewart turned 21 today, and she may be celebrating in Vancouver.

Last week, Stewart was spotted with the Twilight crew in Squamish, filming a wedding scene for Breaking Dawn

The two stars are filming scenes at the Orpheum Theatre and in other areas beyond the city centre.  I reported two weeks ago that the crew bought out the Black Rock Resort in Ucluelet  and evacuated after a tsunami warning was issued for the area.

The manager of the Ocean Village Resort in Tofino, BC told me that Twilight fans sometimes stay in Ocean Village's inexpensive cozy beachfront cabins, and spend their time searching for the cast, who stay down the road in the luxurious and much more expensive digs. The views of the Pacific Ocean from both resorts are phenomenal.

Ocean Village cabins: where ardent Twilight fans nest while searching for the Twilight crew

Much of Twilight has been filmed on Tofino's rainy beaches.  The BC rainforest is apparently a favourite for vampires seeking to avoid the sunlight, if not for locals, seeking to find more sunlight.

People Magazine reported that a week after their dinner date in Spain, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were spotted "taking in a movie at a theatre in Squamish, close to where they are filming Breaking Dawn.

The movie was Red Riding Hood.  A fan tweeted:  "They were alone. He was nice. She was just awkward.  Didn't really wanna take photos."

Robert Pattison takes time out from his date with Kristen to pose with fans. Does she get tired of that?  Hopefully, not on her birthday. Psst, Vancouverites, if you spot them tonight, LEAVE THEM ALONE!

"I never wanted to be the center of attention — I wasn't that 'I want to be famous, I want to be an actor' kid. I never sought out acting, but I always practiced my autograph because I love pens. I'd write my name on everything," she told Biography Today. Sounds a lot like her character, Bella Swan.
