Justin Bieber won't be charged with assault in Richmond

Canadian teen pop sensation Justin Bieber has avoided criminal charges after a 12-year-old boy accused him of punching him in the face at a Richmond Laser Tag Park, according to RadarOnline.

"This investigation into the incident is now complete and no charges will be forwarded as the evidence collected [doesn't] support doing so," Corporal Turley of the Richmond RCMP told the gossip site.

Differing reports from the scene suggested that Bieber's accuser insulted him with a homophobic slur.

According to the Toronto Sun, Police have never confirmed that Bieber was involved.
