Neil Diamond shines at Rogers Arena concert

Yesterday, Neil was Neil — a diamond. He was a timeless musical legend, delivering hit after hit.

Diamond was backed that night by a 13-piece band – complete with two percussionists, two guitarists, a bassist, an accordion player, two back-up singers, a four-part brass section, and keyboard player. But the only one who mattered was Neil himself.
