Emily Ross

Moving to Vancouver almost six years ago, Emily jumped into learning as much about the city as possible from day one. Passionate about people, making connections, and taking it arts and culture, Emily took advantage of the opportunities presented to her through her undergraduate degree in Communications and Publishing at Simon Fraser University and now considers herself a Vancouver expert.

Getting involved in the community and expanding her network through her diversely interested classmates, Emily loves taking in all sorts of Vancouver events – from art shows and concerts, to pillow fights and picnics. When she’s not out and about in the city, you can find her enjoying the fresh air.

Constantly looking to step out of her comfort zone, Emily takes the opportunity to try something new whenever she can. A contributor at Sad Mag and Haus of Hybrid, Emily is passionate about writing, publishing and design.
