New Year's Eve in Vancouver: VO's Top Four Suggestions of Where to go to Bring in 2010 in Style

New Year’s Eve at The TELUS World of Science
1455 Quebec Street, Vancouver

Doors Open 8pm sharp.

The Beat, Sleeman & present New Year’s Eve at The TELUS World of Science, featuring Chris Palliser & The Beat Street Squad. Located on the waterfront across from the new 2010 Olympic Village, this fully licensed event boasts two areas of music on 2 levels, multiple bars, great music from DJ Supafly from The Beat among others, and a lavishly decorated winter wonderland theme.

Tickets are $90.00 & $120.00. Party-goers can also upgrade to VIP as well.

Vancouver New Years Eve Dinner Cruise
450 Denman St, Vancouver

Boarding at 7:30 pm
Departing at 8:00 pm
Returning at 1:00 am

Vancouver Charters are offering party-goers to ring in 2010 in luxury. Guests will enjoy a cruise that includes a gourmet buffet, entertainment and dancing under Vancouver's spectacular skyline. The night ends with a midnight fireworks show.

Tickets for the Pride of Vancouver is now sold out but tickets for The Star of Vancouver are still available.

Massive Gala 2010- The Pacific Coliseum
100 North Renfrew, Vancouver
Time: 7:00 pm to 3:00 am

Solid Entertainment asserts this event is Vancouver’s first ever super club as more than 4500 are expected to attend and this event will be hosted by popular radio personality, Kid Carson of the Beat, 94.5

Attractions includes: 3 areas of music, west coast contortion & acrobatics performance from Las Vegas and prize giveaways. However, the main attraction of the night is a live performance by Grammy Award Winner Sean Paul

Currently, most tickets are sold out including VIP tickets. Limited tickets at $115 a piece remain.

New Years’ Eve Dinner at Grouse Mountain
6400 Nancy Greene Way, North Vancouver

First Seating: 5:30pm

If romance is on your mind, New Year’s Eve Dinner at the top floor of the Peak Chalet at Grouse Mountain is for you. All guests will indulge in a menu prepared by Executive Chef Dino L. Gazzola.

The evening is divided into two seatings. The first includes a complimentary pre-meal glass of sparkling wine; the second seating will receive hors d’oeuvres upon arrival and a complimentary glass of sparkling wine for midnight. The second seating will also include a DJ and dance floor for after dinner entertainment.

Tickets are still available for both seatings. Tickets for the first seating are $115 and tickets for the second are $125.
