Note: For the next month, I’ll be highlighting a few gluten-free recipes I’ve developed. First up will be one of my favorites: a gluten-free mac and cheese which retains all of the comforting deliciousness of the original and is actually easier to make. The secret is to use a cauliflower puree as the base of the sauce. The recipe will be online, right here, tomorrow.
