Andrea Reimer at Vigil for Copenhagen Conference Says Cities Want Climate Change Action From National Governments

City Councillor Andrea Reimer speaking this morning at the downtown public library said national governments are not responding to the wishes of cities vis a vis climate change.  "This is an investment in the future," she said. At UBC, a vigil was also being held.  The vigil at the public library was expected to continue until 5 p.m.
