As several staff from the restaurant were working inside during the early morning hours of March 15, 2013, police observed a woman attempting to chain and lock the front doors.

Charges have been approved by Crown Counsel. Robyn Claire Pickell, 25, of Vancouver, is wanted for mischief.

Vancouver Police facilitate hundreds of lawful demonstrations every year guided by the VPD’s public demonstration policy. When public safety is put at risk and the actions become unlawful, officers will enforce the law.
