Police Seek Man in Attempted Kidnapping of 11 Year Old Boy

Police are looking for a man portrayed in this composite drawing.

 The boy was walking alone in the area of Collingwood Street and West 11th Avenue on January 19th at 4:30 p.m. A man approached and attempted to grab him. The boy ran away and got help from a nearby resident.

 

 The man was described as white, in his 60s, approximately 5’7” to 5’10” tall and overweight. He was wearing a white or grey long-sleeved shirt and possibly white pants.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Vancouver Police Department Special Investigation Section at 604-717-3473.
