Offender Wanted Canada Wide for Breach of Parole

A Canada-wide warrant for breach of the "Corrections and Conditional Release Act" has been issued for a violent offender for breaching his parole and failing to return to his halfway house on the evening of October 24th, according to the Vancouver Police Department.

Joseph Johnny is on parole for a 2004 homicide that occurred in Salmon Arm, B.C. where an acquaintance was killed in an unprovoked and brutal stabbing.

Johnny is First Nations, 22 years old, 5’10” tall, 190 lbs., with black hair, brown eyes, and a scar on his right forearm.

It is believed that Johnny may be enroute to Salmon Arm.
Anyone who has information on Joseph Johnny's whereabouts or if anyone sees him is asked to not approach him and immediately call 911.
