Masseuse Charged with Sexual Assault

Vancouver Police Sex Crimes investigators are seeking assistance from anyone who may have information regarding the conduct of a masseuse who has worked at various professional spas in Vancouver, Vancouver police reported today.
Emmanuel Phappas was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual assault in incidents involving women which occurred between August 16th and December 22nd of 2007.

At the time, Mr. Phappas was employed as an independent contracted masseuse and is alleged to have had contact with his clients in a sexual manner. Anyone with information can call the Vancouver Police Sex Crimes Unit at 604-717-3473.

Mr. Phappas has been released on bail pending his trial.
