Tony Clement to ask CRTC to reverse usage-based billing

Industry Minister Tony Clement said that the federal government will ask the CRTC to overturn a recent decision on usage-based billing for the Internet. However, CRTC chair Konrad von Finckenstein expressed discontent. "I don't agree with the government." The vast majority of users should not be subsidizing heavy Internet users, he added.
