What's wrong with this picture (above)?

The sign says, "University of Toronto Department of Philosophy" but the location is City Square in Vancouver.

Last Monday, City Square was the site location for a segment of "Blood Ties," a television show that took over the area for twenty-four hours. Extras spent their day over coffee and tea on the second floor of the mall, where signs on the escalators directed them to wait. And wait, and wait.

Tenth was harder than usual to pass as film crew trucks lined the block of the bike route.

"This is good for the economy," said Fred, the head of maintenance at the nearby Cambridge Garden apartment complex.

He stood on the steps watching a make up artist put gel in the jet black hair of a heavily made up star, shrugged and said, "So, let's put up with them."
