Poor sales and mediocre reviews kill HP TouchPad

Just weeks after the TouchPad went on sale, this news: world's biggest PC maker Hewlett-Packard (HP) announced today that it will “discontinue operations for webOS devices," Mashable reports. And that also means an end to the HP TouchPad. 

While the pad was expected to be a big hit, it was met with poor sales and "mediocre" reviews since its launch in July, according to Digital Home.
