No matter who coined this phrase, this is a fantastic Canadian oxymoron!

Canada has oil. Where do we go from there. Sell to US or China. It would appear obama doesnt want the keystone pipline. So he would rather import from saudi(ethical?) and have us sell to china(ethical?) If the gas pumps on US east coast were labelled Suadi, Canada, which do you think would get more buisness? Saudi imports 'slave-like' migrant workers, we have unions and $10k/mth oil jobs. Its called ethical oil because the the other choice is saudi, sharia-state oil, Nigeria, Iran, venezuala, conflict oil.
