the 5 rings symbolizes 5 suction rings to the BC treasury! Is there any Government organization that is auditing and watching the various Olympic related expenses and standards. I am sure each of the Contractors and sub-Contractors are just milking the city and province in every way possible and as there is no one watching them, they are for sure delivering sub-standard material, starting from the dresses to the Volunteers.
