Community Forum re TaxiSaver Cuts

On TUESDAY, JULY 3, from 1pm - 4pm at the Community Centre at 870 Denman St., the Persons with Disabilities and Seniors Advisory Committees for the City of Vancouver will hold the second of three public forums to discuss TransLInk's elimination of the TaxiSaver program so vital to both of these communities.

TransLink Board Members and Staff will be in attendance, providing citizens with a good opportunity to voice their concerns, and demonstrate their support for family, friends, colleagues and neighbours whose health and frailty make it impossible to use other forms of transportation.

The venue is wheelchair accessible. Sign language interpreters and closed captioning will be available.
