The UNPA campaign, headquartered in Germany, is a global network of parliamentarians and non-governmental organizations advocating direct representation of citizens at the United Nations. UNPA Secretary-General Andreas Bummel will be in Vancouver to speak on the reform initiative on Sunday, July 8.
