The Natural Cleaners, Vancouver's healthy home cleaning service, gets around.  Fast, efficient, this all-natural cleaning service uses their own product.  Owner Danny Loiselle left his job with BC Hydro to pursue the challenge of creating his own company. Armed with his own natural cleaning solution  and an appreciation for a spotless home, he set out on the city of Vancouver with The Natural Cleaners and hasn't looked back.

The Natural Cleaners healthy home cleaning service was designed based on the concept of working for a purpose  and with a compassionate team. "The founders' big intention of creating this company was to incorporate, in his world, a place where people are caring for people, and with The Natural Cleaners, they really are," Louiselle said.

"We use very good, truly natural products. We have a team of people that care, because I care about them, and I treat them well. We've got our cleaning system down, which basically covers each room strategically. When these things are combined with our great product and a staff that care, it ensures that each customer will receive a good service," Danny said confidently.

He said that he saw an opportunity within the healthy home cleaning market to do things differently, and couldn't resist taking the plunge into a completely different field of work, this time as the boss.

"If you want to serve people, you have to think about the customer, put yourself in their position and think what you would want from a cleaning service.  What would you want from the people you would hire to clean your house? I would want a crew that did a thorough job without leaving my home full of toxic chemicals."

His success he said, started with selecting the right people to work in the company. A happy employee produces the best results. People are happy providing a cleaning service when they are comfortable in their work environment. When commenting about his cleaning staff of ten,  he said, "we have a wide variety of employees---from a young hipster music-loving kind of guy to an ex-hair stylist to a yoga instructor. All of our employees are polite, pleasant and helpful."
