Shan worked as a radio journalist and presenter in Singapore for three years before moving to Canada to pursue her graduate studies in Communication. She has had experience working across a variety of media platforms, including newspapers and magazines, and has covered news stories ranging from international politics and the economy, to food and fashion. She is currently freelancing as a travel journalist and updates her blog religiously on issues that are close to the hearts of the youth in society.
