Kolin Lymworth started Banyen Books in Kitsilano in 1970 and has been cross-eyed and humming ever since.

That is, he's still running the store, and sticking his head into the astonishing stream of evolutionary ideas and practices emerging in our world. Every week, he offers a recommended book from that stream, for you to taste.

From acupressure and alchemy to gardening, Gaia, and greening the economy, from Jungian psychology to edgy Buddha, from integral bodywork and Rumi to "Reality Sandwiches," tune in to a new book, and maybe even a topical DVD or audio-CD set, every week.
