Elliot is a regular contributor to flywineforum.com, has paired wines for award winning dinners, worked with high profile clients on sophisticated culinary events, consulted on restaurant wine lists, and created education programs for all types of demographics. He believes that wine professionals, enthusiasts, consumers and laymen alike can all get along and share a passion for the grape that can be translated around the world through (almost) every bottle and he always tries to find a way to give back.
