Vancouver air quality advisory cancelled

Read More:

Metro Vancouver has ended the ground-level ozone Air Quality Advisory for eastern parts of Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley that has been in effect since Friday, 17 August 2012, authorities say.

Air quality has improved because of the change in weather conditions.

Reducing air emissions throughout the airshed continues to be important for good air quality.

Metro Vancouver works in cooperation with Environment Canada, the Fraser Valley Regional District and B.C. Ministry of Environment to look after air quality. Information about real-time air quality readings for Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley communities and potential health impacts can be found at: www.bcairquality.ca.

Thanks for letting us know. At least somebody did. Stupid Environment Canada is too lazy to put the warning or cancellation on their own website. Pathetic!
