Canuck fans are collectively letting out a sigh of relief as public enemy #1 Andrew Alberts has been ruled out for game 3 in Los Angeles tonight. According to Tom Larscheid of TEAM1040 radio, Aaron Rome is a gametime decision with his return from injury, and either him or Nolan Baumgartner will replace the struggling Alberts on the blueline. Alberts has 23 PIMs in the first 2 games of the series and has been continuously exploited by the quick L.A forwards. Larscheid also reports of some line juggling for tonight's crucial game 3. The forward lines will reportedly look like this:

Sedin       Sedin        Burrows
Raymond  Kesler        Samuelsson
Grabner    Wellwood   Bernier
Glass       Demitra      Hansen

Pavol Demitra, the leading scorer at the Olympics, has been relegated to 4th line duties due to his poor performance (maybe Head Coach Alain Vigneault should stitch a Slovakian flag on his jersey?), and Tanner Glass enters the lineup for Rick Rypien.

Game time is 7:00 on CBC television, or on TEAM1040 radio.
