Hay fever and sneezy mornings are back once again to run amuck on our sinuses, and our city is starting to look livelier from all the cherry blossoms and blooming flowers. Although we haven't had much luck with the weather and rain, today looks like an awesome day to celebrate Vancouver's 125th birthday. If you don't know yet, there will be a free party at Jack Poole plaza on the Coal Harbour waterfront from 2pm to 10pm so make sure to check it out.

This week's collection of photos from our VO Photo Pool showcases some of the fine sites our city has to offer along with some pink to make it look pretty. If you have yet to join our photo pool on Flickr, now's the time to show off your talent and images with our readers. Feel free to contribute by adding your pictures to our growing Vancouver Observer Photo Pool.
