Shahrukh Khan, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Poonam Pandey: the latest Bollywood gupshup

Photo sourced from taakjhaak.com

As Vancouver prepares to host the  Times of India film awards for some bangle-shaking fun at BC Place in April, we were curious as to what Shahrukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Poonam Pandey and other hot Bollywood stars were up to.  Question of the day: which stars will make appearances in Vancouver?

Here's the latest Bollywood gupshup:

Sanjay Leela Bhansali made Deepika Padukone cry

Sob, sob. Deepika Padukone might be beaming in the photo above, but when Bollywood filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali, a tough film guy known "to get the best of actors", asked the female lead's on-screen character to cry on the set of, 'Ram Leela', Dippy broke down for reela and said she couldn't do the scene. The shooting was cancelled for the day.

Here's what we think happened:

Okay. So, rumour has it that Padukone and Ranveer Singh are dating. They were on a "secret date" in Dubai. They were spotted at a coffee shop and a nightclub there. So, either she's not over Ranbir Kapoor or her co-star Singh was not at work that day. Awwww.....

No, Shahrukh Khan did NOT hug Arjun Rampal, OK?!

I'll leave you and the picture alone for a minute....

Superstar Shahrukh Khan (aka SRK) is steamed up (wink) over reports that he hugged archenemy Arjun Rampal at an award function. (Can we hug you instead?)

The fights apparently started on the set of Ra.One..... Reason unknown....

Haters gonna hate...

Here's what we think happened:

SRK is just jealous of Rampal's sexy, sculpted body and is secretly thinking about/ pining for the hug, or whatever that manly chest-to-chest touch was......

Poonam Pandey to gain weight for movie debut

The hot bikini model Poonam Pandey is reportedly gaining 13 pounds for her new movie role in 'Nasha', part of her transition into film. Though the size zero babe was "skeptical" about the idea at first, she was "touched" after reading the script and can't wait to start, reports say. And, if all goes as planned, fast-food will bring fast results..... (Fun fact: The movie poster uses nude human figures to spell out the word 'Nasha'.)

Shahrukh Khan sets new record

Yes. Wait for it..... The "Baadshah of Bollywood" has set a new record. He can work for 28 hours a day, straight, without taking a break. Khan's alleged insomnia might have something to do with it, but, either way, we're impressed.

Sher Salman Khan tiger dreaming

Sher Salman Khan requested a royal Bengal tiger for his action flick 'Sher Khan', after watching 'Life Of Pi' "repeatedly". But, getting a real-life tiger proved to be too expensive, and the film was "indefinitely postponed". Or not?
