Slayage Conference at UBC July 12-15: Joss Whedon fans rejoice

Joss Whedon's recent success with The Avengers has pushed him into the mainstream celebrity status, but cult fans are coming from around the world to celebrate his collection of work. Slayage, presented at Allard Hall in UBC, will host a conference designed to discuss, explore, and dissect Whedon's other productions, which include hits like Firefly, Angel, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Astonishing X-Men.

The event will run from July 12-15 and tickets are $75.
