Harper government overstepped big time

The original article (Hume in the Vanvcouver Sun) stated that this 40 % claim was pullled from stats can. I would imagine it needs a more thorough review and I suspect the results would bear out a much higher influence of foreign investment and significantly larger sucking sound of wealth generated.
