Calculate Your Key Number

To find out what this month has in store for you, calculate your key number by adding the day and month of your birth. Continue adding until you arrive at a single digit. For example, if your birthday is October 14, your personal number is determined as follows: 10 + 14 = 24. Then 2 + 4 = 6, and you have the key number (6) that you will keep for life.

Key Number 1

Romance is in the air and so is duty.

Focus on the domestic scene. Home and family, pets and gardens, romance and duty. All very important under this cycle month energy which is about love and service. Beautify yourself and your surroundings.
Sacrifice your own wishes to please someone special and be ready for a tidal wave of good karma in return.
Hold a listening ear for someone who needs to vent, but avoid interfering.

Key Number 2

Find a cave of your own.

This whole month will be about personal development. It's an opportunity to work on yourself, and for ruthless self appraisal.
As a result of this inner work, if you're willing to do it, you will develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and why you do what you do, in life.
This is not a time when people will easily understand what is happening with you, or even what you are saying. For this reason, when communicating with others, especially in relationship or the workplace, it's important to be very, very, very clear.

Key Number 3

You have the power—use it.

In this cycle month you are harvesting thought seeds planted several months ago.
You should feel confident and powerful with vital energy surging through your veins.
This is a time when you can easily confront anyone who questions
your ability to manage your life.
Enjoy using your personal power, but resist stepping on the toes of those who are vulnerable.
Make decisions and stick to them.

Key Number 4

It's a wrap.

Wrap up the loose ends of the past. This is a minor ending cycle, and perhaps you may feel a bit confused. Basically, though, it's a time to do an inventory and decide what is working in your life and what isn't.
Ruthless self-examination is absolutely mandatory.
Be truthful with yourself.
This cycle month is emotional, so try not to put yourself in situations where you are likely to be stirred up.
It's a time for completions. Compassion, and if you can manage forgiveness where it might be required, will give you the opportunity to move on with a clean slate.

Key Number 5

A fresh start.

This cycle month's energy is about starting over. Pay attention to the little ripple of optimism which flows under this new beginning. Don't deny it. Work it!
New beginnings are always confusing, but it doesn't mean that they're not fun. This is a time to start over, in your relationship—in your attitudes towards work, and perhaps even with a new wardrobe. Or at least a few new pieces.
It's spring, and you're in a fresh new cycle. Celebrate!

Key Number 6

Charm will get you everywhere.

You have a heightened sense of awareness and sensitivity. This is a good thing. Use this energy to help others, to be the co-operator, and to help others instigate.
At the same time, the sensitivity enables you to perceive the needs of others, and also will cause you to overreact. Keep a perspective on what people say and do. Don't let your imagination run away with you, or overreact to a perceived slight.
Listen to your real intuition. It lives in your gut but speaks to your brain.

Key Number 7

Make art not war.

You may feel a little scattered at this time. It's part of your creative self trying to decide how to express. Don't be hard on yourself, but do choose a creative path and follow it.
You may be surprised at how chatty you feel. After all this is an energy of communication and expression, so allow yourself to spout, blurt, and perhaps even sing.
Just be careful to check your filter is in place before you go into social situations.
Avoid anyone who you may feel is a bit boring. More for their sake than yours.

Key Number 8

Grow a few worms.

This cycle month energy is all about Earth. Pay attention to your relationship with her.
Recycling and composting should be easy since this energy is also about organization.
There will be a few emotional tests, try to take the high road. Be reasonable in your demands and play inside your own sandbox.
You'll find yourself working hard at whatever you do. This is good as this is a working energy.
Do yourself a favour and organize your surroundings. This cycle energy is not friendly to chaos.

Key Number 9

Expect the unexpected.

Change your approach to what has become routine. Restlessness is a sign of creativity under this cycle energy, so follow your intuition and create new solutions to old problems.
Take a day trip or go to India. This is an energy which really encourages exploration and thinking new thoughts. Extra energy may be needed to eliminate drama in your life, especially the kind of drama which arises from speaking out of turn. Keep your filters in place and let your sharp eye observe, but not criticize.
