Seventeen year old victim identified in Vancouver's fifth homicide

Vancouver Police are releasing the name of the victim in the city's 5th homicide of the year. Seventeen year old Angela Qiu of Surrey was fatally stabbed on the morning of May 21st at a residence in the 6600 block of Knight Street.
